The guidelines stem from our quality policy can be summarized in the following principles or objectives:
- We combine technology and committed staff to produce excellent quality products to get to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
- Constantly make an effort to improve our products, processes and ourselves.
- We never compromise on food safety, so we do a constant monitoring of our manual processes of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- We comply with all established legal regulations.
- Sensitize and train all staff to continuously improve quality and food safety.
- We foster a positive attitude of our employees as it is the most important factor to achieve the quality of our products and carry out 100% satisfaction of our customers.
- The objectives of quality and food safety are focused on those responsible for the departments who perform them, so that within its framework of action, have the authority and ability to organize activities and ensuring customer satisfaction, while counting with full support of the Directorate.
- The quality policy is reviewed and updated annually.
- The quality policy is communicated to all levels of the company.
- The Quality Committee meets every month to monitor both the processes, as of the stated objectives.
- The quality control department ensures the safety and quality of all products made in our company.
